Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an AI Initiative Manager to partner with stakeholders across departments, driving automation and value realization from discovery to deployment. You will build AI-powered workflows, evaluate platforms, and lead training for non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years in technology implementation or analytics, plus strong SQL/Python skills and experience with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Technology Implementation, Business Analytics, or related field required.
• Experience building functional prototypes or production workflows using modern AI tools (prompt engineering, Claude, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, API scripts).
• Knowledge of process mapping methodologies (As-Is / To-Be, value stream mapping).
• Familiarity with enterprise AI ecosystems (Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Snowflake Cortex).
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Snowflake highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage highly sensitive information and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Initiative, recommendation, implementation, and evaluation skills.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, inefficiencies, and manual processes for automation.
• Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of AI opportunities and update IT leadership.
• Evaluate AI platforms, agent frameworks, and workflow automation tools.
• Own AI initiatives from discovery through deployment, adoption, and value realization.
• Train business users and serve as the primary AI enablement resource for non-technical teams.
• Track post-deployment metrics and value delivered; maintain an AI outcomes dashboard.
• Foster collaboration to achieve business objectives.
• Perform additional assignments and special projects as required.
