Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior AI/ML leader to guide and mentor teams of data scientists and ML engineers, translating complex business challenges into AI-driven strategies and architectures. You will manage client relationships, drive innovative engagements, and ensure high quality deliverables.

Strong background in large language models, MLOps, and cloud-native deployments is expected, with a focus on responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related technical role.
• Master's degree preferred in CS/AI/DS/SE or related field.
• Experience with Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
• Building scalable, cloud-native microservices and containerized deployments.
• Proficiency with MLOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines for ML.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search architectures.
• Translating complex business problems into AI solution designs.
• Contributing to business development and proposal writing.
• Cloud certifications in AI/ML or solutions architecture preferred.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and bias mitigation practices.
