Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Lead Software Engineer to join the Consumer Intelligent Automation & AI team in Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX. You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation solutions that transform Consumer Lending.

You will lead technologists in an Agile environment, working with UiPath, Power Platform, Generative AI and cloud-native tooling to deliver scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience (UI Path/RPA).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Foundation Models.
• 2+ years of experience with Python development.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud and container technologies including Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Agentic AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Develop AI agents using LLMs, agent frameworks, and enterprise automation tools.
• Design scalable, secure, and production-ready applications.
• Implement Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration patterns.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and business systems.
• Collaborate within Agile teams and provide technical leadership.
