Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Lead Software Engineer to join the Consumer Intelligent Automation & AI team in Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX. You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation solutions that transform Consumer Lending.

You will lead technologists in an Agile environment, working with UiPath, Power Platform, Generative AI and cloud-native tooling to deliver scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience (UI Path/RPA).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Foundation Models.
• 2+ years of experience with Python development.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud and container technologies including Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Agentic AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Develop AI agents using LLMs, agent frameworks, and enterprise automation tools.

Title: Lead Software Engineer - Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation (UI Path)

Location: Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX (5 Days Onsite)

Duration: 12 – 18 months

Position Overview

Lead Software Engineer to join the Consumer Intelligent Automation & AI team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation solutions that drive business transformation across Consumer Lending. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on experience with Agentic AI, Power Platform, UiPath, Generative AI, and cloud-native development.
