Job summary

Refactor Talent in Michigan is seeking a Solution Architect, Automation and AI for a full-time, hybrid role. You will lead enterprise automation and AI architecture initiatives, design scalable document processing and workflow automation, and collaborate with engineering, business, and ML teams to modernize operational workflows.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in enterprise architecture or systems integration, deep experience with AWS or Azure, and hands-on knowledge of UiPath and Power

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, or software engineering.
• Proficient in AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, and intelligent document processing solutions.
• Strong background in API integrations and event-driven architecture.
• Experience designing AI/ML or LLM-enabled enterprise workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.

Were seeking to connect a Solution Architect, Automation and AI with a leading company in the insurance industry on a full-time basis. The role is hybrid and located in Michigan. As a Solution Architect, Automation and AI, you will have the opportunity to join a passionate, motivated team and leverage your expertise in enterprise automation, cloud architecture, AI workflows, and systems integration.
