Job summary

Refactor Talent in Michigan is seeking a Solution Architect, Automation and AI for a full-time, hybrid role. You will lead enterprise automation and AI architecture initiatives, design scalable document processing and workflow automation, and collaborate with engineering, business, and ML teams to modernize operational workflows.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in enterprise architecture or systems integration, deep experience with AWS or Azure, and hands-on knowledge of UiPath and Power

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, or software engineering.
• Proficient in AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, and intelligent document processing solutions.
• Strong background in API integrations and event-driven architecture.
• Experience designing AI/ML or LLM-enabled enterprise workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise automation and AI architecture initiatives across critical business operations.
• Design scalable document processing and workflow automation solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, business, and ML teams to modernize operational workflows.
• Architect integrations across cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for AI-enabled solutions.
• Mentor technical teams and drive architecture best practices across the organization.
