Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead the Agent SDK and MCP SDK for a scalable enterprise AI agent platform. You will own developer experience, SDKs across Java, Python, and Go, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineering to deliver governed production agents.

You will shape strategy, drive adoption, and ensure interoperability with external frameworks, balancing autonomy with governance in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI product management experience or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of AI agent development lifecycle and spec-driven dev.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product life cycle and value management.
• Experience with AI systems, LLMs, and harness concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with swift action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product strategy for the Agent SDK and MCP SDK.
• Own backlog for SDKs across Java, Python, and Go.
• Drive end-to-end developer experience with starter kits and tooling.
• Own MCP SDK roadmap including low-code publishing and templates.
• Drive interoperability with external agent frameworks using MCP/A2A.
• Capture voice of customer and translate to prioritized SDK requirements.
• Track metrics: adoption, parity, reliability, developer satisfaction.
