Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (EE/CE).
• Minimum 5 years in high-speed system design and validation.
• Experience with schematic and layout tools.
• Drive ODM HW development and testing; participate in production-flow definition.
• Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering, power/signaI integrity, and analog/digital circuits.
• Able to drive component selection and validation of electrical/mechanical parts and cables.
• Experience with hardware development across full product life cycles.
• Experience using lab equipment (bench PSUs, scopes, analyzers, VNAs, thermal chambers).
• Experience with supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design, validation and integration of HW in the AWS fleet through its life cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and reliability of fleet products.
• Drive end-to-end server hardware development lifecycle from concept to production.
