Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Agronomy or related Agricultural field.
• 2+ years of experience in Agronomy or Sales with a strong technical background or 2+ years in a Research and Development role with Sales understanding.
• Deep knowledge of the seed industry.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate experimental trials to aid in training the sales force on new product launches.
• Provide input on production planning and portfolio.
• Sharpen competitive intelligence on pricing and products.
• Support product-based campaign development in the district.
• Promote Syngenta products at meetings, field days, and one-on-ones.
• Support and coordinate plot locations and entries in the assigned area.
• Analyze and interpret data for promotional use and act as the pivot point for Syngenta's story amplification in local areas.
