Job summary

CACI is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to support the Momentum Product in a federal environment. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs with Product Owners, and coordinate cross‑team dependencies across Momentum modules and integration layers such as Tuxedo, WebLogic, and MOMAPI.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Poly, experience leading Agile teams in secure multi‑system environments, and strong collaboration with government stakeholders to drive modernization and accreditation

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience leading Agile teams in secure, multi-system federal environments.
• Strong understanding of Momentum product architecture including integration frameworks and interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence) for backlog grooming and velocity tracking.
• Ability to coordinate with senior government stakeholders and manage multiple concurrent Momentum projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews/demos, retrospectives).
• Manage Momentum product backlogs with Product Owners, refining Epics and User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies across Momentum Financials, Acquisitions, VSS, and budgeting modules.
• Remove impediments related to data conversions, integrations, and multi-tier processing in Momentum stack.
• Support accreditation activities (e.g., ICD-503, ATO), regression testing, and release readiness.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate with customers.

The Opportunity

• Support Agile delivery for the Sandman program, leveraging deep familiarity with Momentum's architecture, modules, and integration frameworks.
• Facilitate development, sustainment, and modernization workflows across key Momentum components such as Financials, Vendor Self‑Service, Performance Budgeting, CCR Connector, and Travel Manager.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure Momentum configurations, upgrades, and integration workflows operate smoothly across Tuxedo, WebLogic, webMethods, and MomAPI layers.
• Drive Agile team performance in a high‑visibility federal financial environment supporting mission‑critical workflows, regulatory compliance, and multi‑system integrations.
• Operate within a cleared program requiring active TS/SCI w/Poly, supporting secure development pipelines and enterprise‑level modernization activities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives across Momentum functional and technical teams.
• Manage Momentum product backlogs; partner closely with Product Owners to refine Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with Momentum's core financial, acquisitions, and workflow services.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies involving Momentum Financials, Acquisitions, VSS, budgeting modules, and interface components managed through WebLogic, webMethods, and MomAPI.
• Remove impediments tied to data conversions, integrations, canonical data mappings, and multi‑tier application processing in the Momentum technical stack.
• Support teams navigating asynchronous and synchronous client/server behaviors across Momentum processing layers (Tuxedo, Jolt, WebLogic).
• Collaborate with functional SMEs, FSC stakeholders, and modernization teams to ensure business rules, financial processing logic, and acquisition workflows are accurately reflected in sprint outcomes.
• Monitor progress across concurrent Momentum initiatives, ensuring risk identification, corrective actions, and clear customer communications.
• Guide Momentum teams through accreditation‑related activities (e.g., ICD‑503, ATO), regression testing cycles, and release readiness tasks.
• Support integration testing and automated regression using frameworks like MARS (Momentum Automated Regression Suite) or Momentum‑compatible Selenium/WebDriver solutions.
• Champion continuous improvement practices using Momentum's data‑driven workflow insights, structured process evaluation, and technical retrospectives.

Qualifications - Required

• Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance.
• Experience leading Agile teams delivering solutions in secure, multi‑system federal environments.
• Strong understanding of Momentum product architecture, including Financials, Acquisitions, VSS, Performance Budgeting, CCR Connector, integration frameworks, and related interfaces.
• Hands‑on experience working with enterprise Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for backlog grooming, velocity tracking, sprint planning, and cross‑team workflow management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent Momentum projects, coordinate with senior government stakeholders, and recommend mitigation strategies for risk and modernization challenges.
• Familiarity with enterprise‑level project management supporting Momentum implementations, enhancements, integrations, and accreditation processes.
