Job summary

cFocus Software Incorporated is seeking a Lead Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This is an on-site position in the Washington DC area that requires TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coaching agile frameworks in complex IT environments, along with an active Advanced Agile certification. Responsibilities include serving as a chief Agile coach, driving ART events, and ensuring alignment across multiple Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance is required.
• 8+ years of experience in implementing and coaching agile frameworks.
• Active Advanced Agile certification is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the chief Agile coach and facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Drive ART events and processes, facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning.
• Coach teams and leadership on SAFe principles and practices.
• Track and communicate ART performance metrics.
• Ensure alignment across multiple Agile teams and synchronize with enterprise objectives.

• B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience implementing and coaching agile frameworks in complex IT environments
• Active Advanced Agile certification

Duties

• Serves as the chief Agile coach and facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Drives ART events and processes, facilitates Program Increment (PI) Planning, coordinates with Product Management and stakeholders, and removes impediments to ART progress.
• Coach’s teams and leadership on SAFe principles and practices.
• Tracks and communicates ART performance metrics.
• Ensures alignment across multiple Agile teams and synchronization with enterprise objectives.
