For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Agile Practice Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide agile governance, practice development, and adoption across cross-functional teams in a complex healthcare environment.

The position will partner closely with leaders and stakeholders to improve delivery discipline, collaboration, reporting, and team productivity.

It will also help shape continuous improvement efforts by applying research, benchmarks, and practical insights to strengthen agile ways of working.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,605 - $284,280 annually
