Ecology Auto Parts Inc. seeks an experienced Aggregate & Materials Laboratory Manager to lead laboratory operations supporting aggregate production, rock and construction-material testing, QA/QC, and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with laboratory experience.
• 5+ years in aggregate/materials laboratory settings.
• Experience supervising laboratory staff and managing QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day lab operations, staffing, and testing schedules.
• Supervise technicians and provide training and feedback.
• Coordinate workload with production, quarry, and plant teams.
• Oversee sampling, preparation, testing, and reporting per specs.
• Maintain calibration, maintenance, and QA/QC records.
• Generate lab reports and communicate trends to management.
