Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Technical Analyst, Agentic AI in Raritan, NJ to lead product analysis for autonomous document-generation and cognitive-search platforms.

The role requires orchestration of large language models, RAG pipelines, and multi-step reasoning with strong governance and traceability across sources. You will own the product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and drive end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams in a regulated, healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in product/business analysis within technology, Life Sciences, or regulated environments.
• Demonstrable expertise in agentic AI systems – designing, deploying, or managing multi-step autonomous AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and at least one agentic framework.
• Strong understanding of semantic search, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and roadmap for agentic document-generation solutions that autonomously draft technical, regulatory, and compliance documents from source evidence
• Design and refine reusable prompt templates, agent workflows, and orchestration logic for source-document ingestion and multi-step reasoning
• Define acceptance criteria ensuring generated drafts are citation-accurate and traceable to source documents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard new use cases and expand platform coverage
