Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks a Director of the CIRCLE Space and Summer Program in Jersey City.

The role oversees program operations, student support, staff leadership, family engagement, enrichment activities, and administration for a full-time position with comprehensive health benefits. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure a safe inclusive environment, manage budgets, and promote the summer program while maintaining strong communication with families and the LCCS community

Qualifications

• Experience managing after-school or summer programs.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement program activities with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the CIRCLE Space program.
• Plan and run the summer program; manage schedules and activities.
• Lead and develop after-school staff; onboarding and training.
• Engage families and community partners; communicate updates.
• Coordinate enrichment activities (arts, STEM, academics, recreation).
• Handle administrative tasks: registration, attendance, billing, reporting, grants.
