Heyday Phoenix is seeking a licensed esthetician to deliver customized 50-minute facials and build lasting client relationships in a hospitality-driven studio.

You will educate guests, propose personalized treatment plans and home care, and take ownership of growing your book through rebooking, referrals, and studio marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetics License with 2+ years of hands-on experience.
• Full weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing training on products, enhancements, laser, and advanced techniques.
• Support studio events, promotions, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.

About the Role

As an Esthetician at Heyday, you’ll provide customized, expert facials that help clients achieve their healthiest skin while building lasting relationships that keep them coming back.

This role is a great opportunity for an esthetician who is looking to grow their skills, build a loyal clientele, and take ownership of their career.
