Job summary

Heyday Phoenix is seeking an Esthetician to provide customized, expert facials and build lasting relationships with clients. You will educate guests, recommend treatment plans, and create an elevated experience that turns first-time guests into loyal clients.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetics License with hands-on experience (2+ years).
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Strong focus on skin health education and client relationships.
• Skilled in delivering results-driven facials with warmth and professionalism.
• Comfortable with sales goals and recommending home-care products.
• Entrepreneurial and creative, with drive to grow personal clientele.

• Proactive in filling client books via retention, rebooking, outreach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized 50-minute facials aligned with Heyday standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships through education, results, and service.
• Grow clientele via rebooking, retention, outreach, referrals, and studio marketing.
• Recommend products, enhancements and routines tailored to skin goals.
• Meet studio performance goals including rebooking, memberships, and retail.
• Create a memorable client experience promoting loyalty and referrals.
• Contribute ideas to drive traffic, engagement and new clients.
• Participate in ongoing training on products, enhancements, laser, and techniques.
• Support studio events, promotions, partnerships and marketing.

As an Esthetician at Heyday, you’ll provide customized, expert facials that help clients achieve their healthiest skin while building lasting relationships that keep them coming back.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through education, results, and exceptional service
• Take ownership of growing your clientele through rebooking, retention, client outreach, referrals, and studio marketing initiatives
• Recommend products, enhancements, and routines that support each client’s skin goals
• Work toward individual and studio performance goals, including rebooking, membership, retail, and enhancement sales
• Create a memorable client experience that encourages loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals
• Contribute creative ideas to help drive traffic, engagement, and new client acquisition
• Participate in ongoing training and development on products, enhancements, laser, and advanced techniques
• Support studio events, promotions, partnerships, and marketing initiatives
• Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting treatment environment
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive, growth-oriented studio culture
