A premier medical spa in Dallas is seeking a highly experienced Senior / Lead Licensed Aesthetician to join their elite team. The role is not entry-level and requires an established book of business, along with strong operational support. Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician License is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in aesthetics is strongly preferred.
• Established book of business required.
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, Glo2Facial, chemical peels, and microneedling.
• Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare brands (Skinbetter, Revision, Neova, Glytone, Hydrinity, ISDIN, Plated, SIV, Circe, CO2Lift, Alumier, Avène, Cyspera).
• Confident, polished, and professional communicator.
• Strong consultative sales ability with a relationship-based approach.
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management and clinical judgment.
• Leadership mindset with high standards for patient outcomes and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized treatments including medical-grade facials and microneedling.
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business while attracting new high-value clients.
• Perform in-depth skin evaluations and build long-term treatment plans.
• Educate clients on services and skincare regimens.
• Build strong, loyal client relationships that drive retention and revenue growth.
• Uphold Eleven Wellness’ clinical protocols, service standards, and luxury experience.
• Maintain accurate charting, treatment notes, and client records.
• Collaborate with the front desk and leadership team to ensure smooth scheduling and optimal client flow.
• Support inventory oversight, backbar organization, and retail presentation.
• Participate in advanced trainings and ongoing education to stay at the forefront of aesthetics.

Eleven Wellness, a premier medical spa in Dallas, is seeking a highly experienced Licensed Aesthetician with an established book of business to join our elite clinical team. This role is designed for a top-tier provider who is confident, results‑driven, and ready to operate at a lead aesthetician level within a luxury, medical‑grade environment.
