Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• Preferred: CS / Software Eng / Aerospace Eng.
• Experience in software verification or aerospace software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of 5–10 engineers in executing software verification activities.
• Analyze software requirements and develop comprehensive test cases.
• Design, document, and execute detailed software verification test cases on target hardware and software platforms.
• Define test inputs, expected outputs, test procedures, and coverage analysis.
• Identify and track software defects with development teams.
• Perform code coverage analysis per DO-178B/C standards.
• Prepare software verification reports with pass/fail status and acceptance justifications.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, design, test cases, and results.
• Ensure verification activities meet aerospace certification and quality standards.
• Coordinate with system engineering and software teams to resolve issues.
