Job summary

The role reports to the Engineering Manager and involves troubleshooting complex environmental tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Engineering Technician or related role.
• Strong skills in environmental test equipment and aerospace components.
• Experience coordinating with a team and improving processes.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical systems and reading schematics.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team of engineering technicians providing technical guidance to ensure project success.
• Run environmental testing using chambers and vibration tables per DO-160 and MIL-STD-810.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve aerospace engineering processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain high quality and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results aligned with project goals.
