Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Lead Environmental Test Lab Engineering Technician to support aerospace testing programs. You will lead a team of technicians and provide technical guidance to ensure correct operation of environmental test processes.

The role involves conducting tests in thermal, humidity chambers and vibration setups per DO-160 and MIL-STD-810, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements to deliver high-quality results for advanced

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Engineering Technician or related role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in environmental testing.
Ability to read mechanical schematics and work in a team.

Responsibilities

Be a part of a team of engineering technicians, providing technical guidance and support to ensure project success.
Run environmental testing using thermal chambers, humidity chambers, vibration tables, according to DO-160 and MIL-STD-810, on aerospace products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve aerospace engineering processes and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain high quality and efficiency in engineering operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices within the team.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results aligned with project goals and aerospace industry standards.
