Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineering Technician or related role in aerospace.
• Strong technical skills with environmental testing equipment (thermocouples, signal conditioners, accelerometers).
• Experience in a team of technicians and in managing engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team of engineering technicians providing technical guidance for project success.
• Run environmental testing using chambers and tables according to DO-160 and MIL-STD-810 on aerospace products.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain and improve aerospace engineering processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain high quality and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices within the team.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results aligned with project goals.
