Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in aeroderivative turbine component repair.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in MRO or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of turbine repair methods and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the component repair shop.
• Ensure repairs are compliant with quality and safety standards.
• Supervise, train, and coach technicians.
