Job summary

Chevron is seeking an Aero Gas Turbine Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance, reliability and performance for aeroderivative gas turbines. The role involves developing specifications, troubleshooting, and coordinating with OEMs across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of experience with aeroderivative gas turbines or jet engines.
• Experience overseeing field service activities including maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field service work on Aeroderivative Gas turbines including compressors and hot section maintenance.
• Advise stakeholders during maintenance planning and interface with OEMs/service providers.
• Develop overhaul/repair specifications and testing protocols for engines and components.
• Lead root cause analyses and coordinate with multiple BUs to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Travel up to 50% as required and support remote sites across time zones.
