Crestone Services Group seeks a Lead Aerial Telecom Lineman/Foreman to oversee aerial telecom line installation, maintenance, and repair projects. You will lead a crew of linemen, ensure safety standards, quality control, and efficient project execution in diverse Utah markets.

The role requires strong leadership, in-depth technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. CDL-A is preferred; OSHA 10/30 certification is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading aerial construction crews.
• OSHA 10/30 certification.
• Experience with high-voltage telecom infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily activities of an aerial construction crew.
• Uphold all safety standards and maintain a safe worksite.
• Execute and manage all aspects of aerial telecommunications construction: make ready, strand placement, cable placement, guying, splicing.
