Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; telecom training preferred.
• Experience in aerial telecom construction and reading telecom prints.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform aerial telecommunications construction activities including pole climbing and cable placement.
• Lead ground crew and coordinate safe, efficient work on-site.
• Interpret telecom construction plans and fiber route docs.
• Install aerial infrastructure and operate bucket trucks and related equipment.
• Maintain safety, PPE use, and work zone safety procedures.
• Document progress, material usage, and field conditions for reports.
• Train and mentor junior crew members on techniques and safety.
