3+ years of experience in aerial telecommunications construction.
Experience installing fiber optic or copper telecommunications cable.
Demonstrated pole climbing and aerial construction skills.
Ability to read and interpret telecom construction prints and design maps.
Knowledge of NESC safety requirements applicable to telecom aerial construction.

Responsibilities

Perform aerial telecommunications construction including pole climbing and cable placement.
Lead ground crew and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
Install aerial infrastructure and operate bucket trucks and related equipment.
Follow construction plans, maps, and fiber route documentation.
Document work progress and material usage for reporting.
Maintain traffic control and safety in work zones.
