The Lead Aerial Lineman is responsible for directing their crew in the safe and efficient operations of installing, maintaining, and repairing fiber lines and systems, including drops. The Lead Aerial Lineman is proficient in the operation of running fiber cables and lines from mainline fiber sources to homes and businesses, in coordinating employee reviews and new hire processes, and in acting as the primary contact and supervisor for leads, supervisors, and foremen working in the field.
Conditions will be in the field and in various types of weather conditions.
Must be in excellent physical condition with the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with good hand and finger dexterity to carry and use tools / equipment as necessary.
