Job summary

Purdue University in West Lafayette seeks a Master’s Program Manager to administer and coordinate master’s programs within the ECE department and Purdue Online MS offerings. You will liaise with current and prospective students, faculty, staff, and campus partners to ensure students have necessary information to succeed in ECE and online programs.

Bachelor's degree required.
Two years of experience in higher education, recruitment, performance management, training and development, or related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary resource for faculty and students regarding ECE MS and Purdue Online MS programs.
Support faculty in interactions with master's students, including online students.
Implement new programs; communicate policies to faculty, staff, and students.
Advise online, West Lafayette, and Indianapolis MS students on course selection and degree progress.
Advise ECE, SWE, and related Purdue 4+1 students during undergraduate and collaborative programs.
Manage student records in Banner, GRM, and other systems; ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with Registrar and OSGPS to resolve student issues.
Inform students about events, deadlines, and policies; maintain program documents and websites.
Develop communications strategies for recruiting prospective students.
