Job summary

Orlando Health Physician Associates in Leesburg, FL, is seeking an Advanced Specialty Sonographer specializing in obstetric and gynecologic imaging to deliver high-quality diagnostic studies. The role requires ARDMS in OBGYN, RDMS/RDCS/RCS as applicable, and experience in maternal fetal medicine or pediatric cardiac sonography.

You will lead imaging workflows, mentor students, and collaborate with radiologists to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in applied science and ARDMS eligibility per guidelines.
• Experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine sonography.
• RDMS/RDCS/RCS or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Acts as sonography section leader and liaises with Imaging Services Manager on equipment and staffing.
• Performs diagnostic sonographic exams in coordination with radiologists and clinicians.
• Maintains professional judgment and ensures high-quality patient care.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and proper documentation of procedures.
• Supervises student sonographers and trains new staff.
