ARDMS in OBGYN and AIUM protocol knowledge are required; associate degree in applied science is expected. Hours: Mon-Thu 7:30am-4:45pm, Fri 7:30am-12:30pm.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in applied science from an accredited program.
• ARDMS eligibility and/or CCI guidelines for credentials.
• Experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine sonography and related procedures.
• Pediatric congenital sonography with fetal echocardiology capabilities and registries.

Responsibilities

• Acts as sonography section leader and represents ultrasonography to Imaging Services Manager on equipment and staffing matters.
• Collaborates with Radiologist, Perinatologist, and Cardiologist to perform diagnostic sonographic exams.
• Maintains professional judgment and ensures high-quality care in procedures.
• Applies safety protocols and adheres to all regulations for modality-specific work.
• Directs daily workflow, patient flow, supply needs, and staff assignments.
• Mentors student sonographers and provides training to new staff.
