Responsibilities include performing exams, ensuring image quality, safety, and accurate documentation, while contributing to process improvements and staff training. ARDMS eligibility and appropriate registries are expected.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in applied science, ARDMS eligibility guidelines followed.
• Maternal Fetal Medicine skúerography experience or related obstetric imaging knowledge.
• Pediatric congenital sonography proficiency with fetal echocardiography familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Act as sonography section leader and liaise with Imaging Services Manager on equipment and staffing.
• Perform diagnostic sonographic exams in collaboration with radiologists and perinatologists.
• Maintain professional standards and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Document accurate patient history and ensure proper image annotation for interpretation.
• Supervise student sonographers and train new staff as needed.
• Assist in daily workflow, patient scheduling, and departmental projects.
