Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a Lead, Advanced Practice Providers to guide a high-performing team delivering virtual maternity and infant care. You will monitor quality, drive training, and address barriers to care while collaborating with leadership to improve processes.

The role requires 5+ years of clinical experience and 3+ years in leadership, with multi-state licensure. This position is remote with occasional travel and offers competitive compensation and equity.

Qualifications

• Senior/leadership experience in clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team of APPs.
• Experience working with Medicaid populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of advanced practice providers to deliver virtual maternity and infant care.
• Monitor quality of care and identify training opportunities for APPs.
• Address barriers to care identified by patients and care teams.
• Hold APPs accountable to clinical objectives and review QA findings.
• Provide insights for process improvements to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support professional growth and oversee onboarding of new APPs.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding of new APP positions.
• Collaborate with Market and Care Operations to optimize patient-centered care.
