Qualifications

• Must hold an Advanced Practice credential (APN/PA/CNS/CRNA) and be licensed in California
• Experience supervising APPs and coordinating teams preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Supervise a minimum of 10 APPs and provide clinical direction
• Lead administrative and operational initiatives for the service line
• Participate in hiring, evaluation, and ongoing professional development of APP staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
• Act as a liaison with clinical leadership and medical director
