Job summary
Spencer Britt is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Lead in San Jose to provide primary care and to onboard, develop, and support NP and PA colleagues. Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted California NP or PA license.
- National certification in nursing or physician assistant scope.
- CPR certification is required.
- DEA license is required.
- NPI number is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients of all ages within scope of practice.
- Lead onboarding, training, and mentorship for NP/PA colleagues.
- Support APPs with clinical workflows, documentation, productivity and protocols.
- Offer ongoing coaching to promote clinical excellence and development.
- Serve as a clinical role model for APP staff and care team.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and medical record audits.
