This role exists to create a dedicated advanced analytics capability that helps the business understand individual offer performance, overall offer efficiency, customer quality, profitability, spend efficiency, and forecast accuracy. The role will analyze data from diverse internal and external sources using advanced analytics, statistical methods, trend analysis, and business modeling to explain what is driving growth, cost, investment performance, and customer outcomes. It will also independently identify where performance is changing, where efficiency is breaking down, and what actions should be taken, while partnering with other analytics teams to ensure measurement and reporting answer the right leadership questions and support offer strategy, forecasting, OEM negotiations, budget management, and long‑term profitability.
An experienced professional recognized as an expert in advanced analytics, offer performance measurement, statistical analysis, business modeling, and insight generation. Creatively resolves complex analytical issues with broad and in‑depth knowledge of data sources, analytic methods, offer economics, customer behavior, and financial performance. Leads significant analytics workstreams with strategic autonomy, develops repeatable measurement frameworks, and influences decisions across Offer Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, OEM negotiation support, and leadership stakeholders. Frequently collaborates with senior leadership and business partners to translate complex analysis into recommended actions that improve spend efficiency, customer quality, ARPU sustainability, retention, and long‑term profitability.

Performs very complex advanced analytics work, builds complex business models, applies statistical and predictive analysis, creates new ways to evaluate offer performance, and makes recommendations that impact multiple organizations and lines of business. Differentiates from standard reporting by proactively identifying performance drivers, customer quality indicators, profitability trends, and recommended business actions that influence offer design, gating, targeting, forecasting, budget allocation, and investment decisions. Requires an independent, curious analyst who can determine where to dig next, challenge assumptions, and surface opportunities without waiting for direction on every analysis.
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired from an accredited university in a quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. 5+ years of related experience in advanced analytics, business analysis, data science, forecasting, financial analysis, marketing analytics, or related fields. Experience with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, visualization tools, and analytics/modeling tools preferred; examples may include Snowflake, eCDW, BIDW, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools. Certification is required in some areas.
