Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Lead Adobe Workfront Product Owner in the United States to define the product vision, roadmap, governance, and adoption strategy across the organization. You will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to optimize workflows and maximize value from the Workfront platform.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or higher, and the ability to drive platform adoption, manage backlogs, and deliver integrations with AEM and other enterprise

• 5–8 years of experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Adobe Workfront product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Define product vision, objectives, and success metrics.
• Prioritize business requirements and enhancement requests.
• Manage and groom the Workfront product backlog.
• Align platform capabilities with organizational goals and processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Drive executive level discussions on platform adoption and improvements.
• Establish governance standards and best practices for Adobe Workfront.
• Define and maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Ensure platform compliance, security, and data governance.
• Design and optimize workflows, templates, forms, and queues.
• Drive automation initiatives using Workfront Fusion.
• Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Oversee integrations with AEM, Creative Cloud, CRM/ERP, and other tools.
