Global Payments is looking for a service oriented Lead Administrator in the Lindon, UT area. The Lead Administrator receives calls made to the Sales phone queue and routes to the appropriate department if not sales related or to a Merchant Sales Representative (MSR) as appropriate. They are also responsible for tracking Leads that come into the Sales phone queue via a Google doc in order to maintain equal distribution of these Leads among MSRs.
