Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to plan, direct and lead engineering teams developing forward-looking ADAS and safety technologies.

You will build data gathering capabilities and scalable build systems to enable efficient development, validation and deployment while aligning with policy objectives. You will oversee staff, drive continuous improvement, monitor cost and quality, and lead process design for components, systems and manufacturing.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of planning techniques across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.

• Strong technical background in hardware–software systems and engineering disciplines.
