Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements as the primary contact for multiemployer clients.
• Manage client teams, oversee production, and ensure technical accuracy of work.
• Attend and present work products at client meetings.
• Lead marketing efforts and support business development over time.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
