IAT Insurance Group in Cheshire, CT is seeking an AVP, Actuary to lead the Management Liability actuarial function, overseeing pricing, reserving, rate maintenance, and rate filings. The role may supervise staff and involves matrix management of analytics professionals.

The ideal candidate has a strong P&C background, 10+ years, Bachelor's, FCAS preferred, and is authorized to work in the United States. This is a hybrid role with in-office Monday–Wednesday and remote Thursday–Friday.

• Provides actuarial insights with subject matter expertise around the Management Liability product suite, including EPLI, Crime, and D&O coverages.
