The Manager, Statistical Reporting & Insurance Analytics leads a team delivering actuarial and regulatory analytics, partnering with Reserving, Pricing, and Technology to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance across Guidewire, Solartis, and internal platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline required.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of approximately 250 recurring statistical reports submitted to state regulatory agencies, rating bureaus, and other external entities.
• Oversee both business-as-usual reporting and the migration of reporting requirements to newly implemented policy and claims administration platforms.
• Manage relationships with external compliance reporting vendors, including Perr & Knight, to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory adherence.
• Serve as the Actuarial department's SME for statistical reporting requirements and data requirements across platforms.
• Lead UAT activities and ensure reporting integration across Guidewire, Solartis, and internally developed systems.
