Bass Pro Shops at Big Cedar Lodge seeks a Lead Activities Coordinator to oversee planning, coordination and execution of activities and guest engagement programs across the property. You will lead the Activities Coordinators, ensure safety, and deliver fun, memorable experiences for families and guests during holidays and special events.

The role requires 1–3 years in group activities, High School diploma, and CPR & First Aid certification, with strong communication, organization and leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR & First Aid certification is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in group activities settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Activities Coordinators for Kids' Club and events.
• Plan, coordinate and execute holiday and guest engagement activities.
• Train associates on activities options and safety.
• Manage inventory and supplies for activities and events.
• Ensure clean, safe recreation spaces and assist with facility operations.
