Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Lead Advanced Certified Medication Aide (Lead ACMA) in Norman, OK to coordinate medication administration and assist with related schedules, reports and charts. This role supports the Health Care Director and team to ensure accurate documentation and compliant operation on a day-to-day basis.

Applicants must hold Lead ACMA certification and have prior Certified Medication Aide/Med Tech experience.

Qualifications

• Certification for a Lead Advanced Certified Medication Aide as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience in a Certified Medication Aide/Med Tech role.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Health Care Director and Assistant Health Care Director with scheduling, reports, chart auditing and other duties as assigned
• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
