Job summary

Milestone Retirement, located in Stillwater, Oklahoma, seeks compassionate and certified professionals (ACMA, CNA/MAT, CMA) to deliver essential medication management and support for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Responsibilities include following service plans, managing resident safety, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A commitment to teamwork and excellent communication skills are needed, along with a desire to work with the elderly.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a caregiving role or similar function.
• At least six months of supervisory experience in a health-related field.
• First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and support Activities of Daily Living for residents.
• Document completion of daily tasks and observed changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain required certifications and attend ongoing training.
