• Experience assisting residents with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents.
• Provide daily living assistance including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitor residents' comfort and respond to their needs.
• Document shift reports and resident records accurately.
• Communicate urgent needs to Health Care Director clearly.
