• Master’s degree in accounting or finance required or equivalent,
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Five years experience in financial operations team lead position in accounts receivable/payable
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with NetSuite Accounting System preferred
• Experience with expense reporting systems and credit card integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts (80%) receivable and (20%) payable workflows for the Treasury & Investments team.
• Review accounting data for accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly for Treasury & Investments.
• Coordinate delinquency and collections reporting.
• Maintain customer master records for consistency and accuracy.
• Participate in local union audit confirmations and contract reviews.
• Process reimbursements and credit card transactions in Ramp.
• Ensure expenses align with internal spending guidelines and approvals.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and missing pre-approvals/receipts.
• Support Deputy Director of Treasury & Investments as needed.
