Job summary

Luminator Technology Group seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team and drive accurate financial reporting across the organization. The role covers month-end close, internal controls, and collaboration with management for forecasts and initiatives.

Applicants must have 7+ years of accounting experience, 3+ years in a leadership role, and a background in manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred. Hybrid work after 30 days is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or managerial experience leading accounting teams.
• 5+ years preparing financial statements.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering/Industrial preferred.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform variance analysis against budget with management.
• Coach and develop accounting team; ensure high-quality outputs.
• Ensure statutory reporting deadlines are met and internal controls are strong.
• Support management with forecasts and strategic financial insights.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.
