Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to lead the facility's accounting operations, including GL, sub-ledger functions, and month‑end close. This hands‑on role supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and GASB.

The successful candidate will work with a small local finance team, oversee accounts payable/receivable, and collaborate with the client finance team and external auditors to maintain strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA license preferred.
• Three to five years of professional accounting experience with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility's accounting activities with hands-on control of GL, AR, AP, payroll, and inventory.
• Manage day-to-day sub-ledger functions and month-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
