Beacon Hill in Irving, TX seeks a Lead Accountant to join the Accounting Department. The role requires leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, reviewing journals and reconciliations, and overseeing daily accounting operations including AP, AR, Treasury, and payroll support.

The candidate will perform budget-to-actual variance analysis, support process improvements, and collaborate on ad-hoc projects with other departments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes while ensuring deadlines are met
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and GLs to ensure accuracy
• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, Treasury, and payroll support
• Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis for monthly-close outs
• Support process improvements and ad-hoc projects while partnering with other departments
